Details: Product Description A cardboard box is found on a shelf of a London library. When the mystified librarian opens it, she screams before she falls unconscious to the floor. Within the labyrinthine recesses of the Vatican, a beautiful assassin swears she will eliminate all who do not believe in her twisted credo. An elite army of thirteen calling itself the Lashkare Talatashar has scattered around the globe. The fate of its members curiously resembles that of Christ and his Apostles. Their agenda is Armageddon. A Hindu astrologer spots a conjunction of the stars and nods to himself in grim realization of the end of the world. In Tibet, a group of Buddhist monks searchs for a reincarnation, much in the way their ancestors searched Judea for the Son of God. In strifetorn Kashmir, a tomb called Rozabal holds the key to a riddle that arises in Jerusalem and gets answered at Vaishno Devi. In The Rozabal Line, a thriller swirling between continents and centuries, Ashwin Sanghi traces a pattern that curls backward to the violent birth of religion itself. Review I happened to borrow this book from one of my friends and I instantly got hooked to it. Author did a really good job at plotting the story based on famous historical incidents. Ashwin Sanghi is no doubt Dan Brown of India. Good luck to him. Keep this good work going and some day Dan Brown will be called Ashwin Sanghi of west. --By busybeeI read this book after reading all Ashwin sanghi's other books - chanakya chants, krishna key and the most latest private india. While the CC and KK are amazing works, I was little unhappy at poor and hasty works in the private india novel. Insatiable, I bought this book immly after finishing the private india. To my surprise, this book is simply outstanding. It gives a feel of reading a dan brown novel. Amazing work. No wonder, he is such a researcher that he waves so called fiction seamlessly with numerous references in real life and history back and forth some umpteenth times. Must read. --By GaneshIt was a really well researched book. Makes me want to go read the references that he has quoted. Very scholarly. Enjoyed it. Although surprisingly he had a few things off on Hinduism. For instance the star of David is used as a symbol in Hinduism (as Sudharshana chakra). The author was only quoting a modified opened out version of the start of David (the Swasthik). Sorry ... just being picky because it is well written. A must read. --By Bhuvana Jaiganesh About the Author Ashwin Sanghi is counted among India's highest-selling English fiction authors. Till date he has written three novels, all bestsellers, including The Rozabal Line, Chanakya's Chant and The Krishna Key. Ashwin's second novel, Chanakya's Chant, a modern-day political thriller with roots in ancient Mauryan history, shot into almost every bestseller list in India within a few weeks of launch. The novel went on to win the Crossword-Vodafone Popular Choice Award and UTV-Disney acquired the movie rights to the book. The novel remained on AC Nielsen's India Top-10 for over two years. Ashwin's third offering, The Krishna Key, a fast-paced and riveting thriller that explores the ancient secrets of the Vedic age and the Mahabharata, was released in August 2012 and shot to #1 on the A.C. Nielsen all-India fiction rankings within the first week of its release. Ashwin was included by Forbes India in their Celebrity India 100 Rankings in 2013. Ashwin's next novel is co-authored with James Patterson, the world's highest selling thriller writer, in the Private series (Private India) due for release in mid-2014.
